The Crèche facilities are an integral part of the service and offer significant benefits for the mothers who have young children. Mothers of all ages are able to relax, learn, and benefit from therapeutic activities in a safe environment which means they are more able to focus on the needs of their children when they leave.
Children are in the care of qualified Crèche staff that provides a stimulating educational environment. Abida Bi and Sukvinder Bansal have been working at the Crèche for a number of years. The Crèche is open every Thursday morning. The Crèche offers a range of multi-cultural activities for children and maintains good relationships with both children and the parents.
Previously the age limit was 5 years but and after consultation with parents this was increased to 8 years of age due to demand and in order to make the service accessible during school holidays.
The Crèche is inspected by Ofsted on a regular basis.
