Ravinder has been a Project Manager at Dosti since June 2002 and she has overall responsibility for the organisation. She is continually working to develop Dosti and to obtain funding as well leading on strategic plans for the long term sustainability of the charity.
Rozi Chopra
Service Manager
Rozi deals with the operational matters of Dosti and also works across Leeds as a Citizens Advice Bureau Outreach Worker. She helps the ladies with personal forms, letters and advice. Rozi speaks most of the Asian languages and can represent you on the phone should you need help.
Narinder Assi
Project Worker
Narinder organises all the workshops, outings and parties. She listens to the service users requests and encourages everybody to join in the activities whilst making sure that everybody is fine.
Abida Bi
Senior Crèche Worker
Abida is a qualified crèche worker and takes care of the crèche facilities along with her colleague Sukvinder Bansal. They make sure the children at the crèche are well taken care of, providing a safe, fun and stimulating edication environment.
Sukvinder Bansal
Assistant Crèche Worker
Sukvinder supports Abida in making sure the crèche is well supervised and the children receive the very best childcare. Sukvinder and Abida have been working at the crèche for a number of years.
Mrs Virdee and Gauri Karshan
Senior Cook and Assistant Cook
Mrs Virdee and Gauri Karshan have been cooking and providing lunch for the last few years for the women attending the centre. They prepare a healthy Asian meal on very limited budget and the service users participates in planning the weekly menu.
